This case study enables you to understand the strategy, methodology and the effectiveness of the training program conducted for 5th semester students in one of the Engineering Colleges in Kerala.
Our core team met with the Professor , who is in charge of Campus placement, and students to understand the requirements and skills gap of the students. We prepared a customized course curriculum for the students based on the requirements. The Professor reviewed and approved the course curriculum.
On Day 1 there was a Peer introduction activity that was planned. This involved both listening and Speaking skills. It was observed that some of the members in the group took a lot of time to Open-up. For many of them this was the first time they were facing an audience.
